Founded in 2018 and located in Glendale, California, Safeway Hospice Corp has helped countless families facilitate end-of-life, in-home care for loved ones. Our team of experienced and highly trained medical personnel includes Dr. Domingo Barrientos, MD, and Director of Nursing, Anna Khachatryan, who are supported by a dedicated staff of employees and volunteers.
